We are seeking 

電氣自動化工程師Electrical Automation Engineer 

資格要求Qualifications:

--工學(xué)學(xué)士以上，電氣自動化專業(yè)、機電自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè).
Engineering bachelor or above, majored in Electrical Automation, Electronics-Mechanic or related majors.

 --三年以上電氣自動化設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，特別是在化工、食品、糧食加工及制煙業(yè)物料處理系統(tǒng)工程方面，熟悉計量喂料、混料及氣力輸送系統(tǒng)等。
More than 3 years of experience in electrical automation design, especially for materials handling system for chemical, food, grain or tobacco industries; Familiar with feeding, mixing and pneumatic conveying process etc.

 --熟悉電氣控制應(yīng)用，包括變頻控制、各種傳感器、氣動元件等。
Be good at electrical control application, including VFD control, varieties of sensors, pneumatic components etc.

 --熟悉PLC 編程（西門子或AB）、人機界面編程組態(tài)以及上位機SCADA 數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)；至少有三年以上獨立編程/調(diào)試自動化控制系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗。Familiar with PLC programming for PLC from Siemens or AB, HMI programming and SCADA system; Be independent to program / commissioning the automation control system with 3 years of experience at least;

--能夠設(shè)計電控柜和通訊協(xié)議
Able to design the MCC and FCP. 

--有參與項目實施和管理的經(jīng)驗。
Involves project execution and project management.

基本職責(zé)Responsibility :

--電氣控制設(shè)計、控制系統(tǒng)成本預(yù)算、電控組件的供應(yīng)商管理
Design of Electrical control，cost control and supplier management for electrical components.

--電控組件規(guī)格的設(shè)計確定，與相關(guān)同事及部門的溝通
Define electrical control components specification, communication / discussion with related colleague and departments.

 --電氣控制的功能設(shè)計和確認(rèn)；確立驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并實施
Design electrical control function description system; Define FAT criteria and do validation.

 --參與項目現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的安裝和調(diào)試
Involves field installation, commissioning. 

--每個項目的電氣控制文檔的制作和歸檔
Make electrical control documentations for each project and files.

 --客戶的技術(shù)支持、故障排除、故障原因的分析和客戶培訓(xùn)
Technical support for customers, troubleshooting, fault analysis and customer training.。

機械設(shè)計工程師Mechanical Design Engineer

資格要求Qualifications:

--工科學(xué)士或以上，機械設(shè)計制造自動化、化工機械、過程裝備控制或相關(guān)專業(yè)
Engineering bachelor or above, majors for mechanical design/manufacture and automation, chemical mechanics, process equipment and control or related majors..

--熟悉機械產(chǎn)品的加工工藝和非標(biāo)零部件的設(shè)計
Familiar with the processing technology of mechanical products and design of non-standard components.

--有機械傳動及氣動設(shè)備設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Experience in design of mechanical drive and pneumatic equipment is preferred

--熟悉Autocad, soliworks, 2D/3D或相關(guān)的工具和軟件。
PC skill required for Autocad, soliworks, 2D/3D or relative tools and software. 

--英語說、多、寫流利
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.

Liaison with YIAO Factory, Group Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.

Arranging and witnessing post contract product trials.

Negotiating with Suppliers and placing of sub-orders (including writing technical specifications) via the Purchasing Department.

Maintaining the equipment manufacture Cost Control Log and ensuring that the overall budget and margins are met.

Ensuring that the equipment manufacture is operated in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations.

Maintaining the equipment manufacture File and Reporting System in accordance with the Company's Quality System. Especially tracking cost control and manufacture time schedule.

Providing all documentation required by Operating and   Maintenance Manual and providing spare parts.

--有時，需承擔(dān)工程部經(jīng)理指派的其他工作任務(wù)。

On occasion, the Engineering Manager may request other duties to be undertaken.

項目工程師Project Engineer

資格要求Qualifications:

--工科學(xué)士或以上，機械設(shè)計制造自動化、化工機械、過程裝備控制或相關(guān)專業(yè)
Engineering bachelor or above, majors for mechanical design/manufacture and automation, chemical mechanics, process equipment and control or related majors..

--熟悉物料處理的工藝應(yīng)用（濃相/稀相輸送、混料、稱重計量等），工藝和組件的設(shè)計規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的安裝和監(jiān)管，項目管理和驗收。
Familiarity of process application(dense phase, dilute phase, mixing and weighing etc),process & components design regulation and standard, system equipment installation and supervision, project management and project acceptance. 

--有在跨國及當(dāng)?shù)毓緩氖禄ぁ⑹称芳凹Z食加工物料處理系統(tǒng)項目工程的經(jīng)驗。
Experience to engaging bulk material handling project fulfill in multi-national and local company for chemical, food and grain industries.

 --參與國內(nèi)外項目執(zhí)行的溝通協(xié)調(diào)，有PM管理者優(yōu)先
Communication internal and external for project executive, PROJECT Management (PM) is preferred.
